FYP Admin Version 4.10.1

We just released version 4.10.1 for our admin site.  Changes include:

• Improved manage files section!  You can now search by client and event (for some of you, password and username) to find and manage your images.  Also, if there are too many clients to display for a particular event, you must use the search feature (this prevents timeouts with the spinning wheel).  
• Image capture and upload times are displayed in order details.
• Your account name is displayed in the top right corner of the screen.

Manage Files Update

Access to the manage files section has been restored.  We are continuing to investigate the issue to ensure access to this feature.

We have received reports that there are issues with the manage files section of the admin site.  We are investigating this issue and will update this post when we have more information.

We have been experiencing some intermittent network connectivity issues.  All sites appear to be operational, but we are continuing to monitor the situation.

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues between our sites and our database.  We are working to resolve the issue and will update this post as we have more information.

Update: The issue should be resolved.  We will continue to monitor the situation to verify operational status.

FYP Version 4.10

Beginning on November 1, 2012, we will be rolling out a new version of FYP.  This update affects all Hawk version of FYP (non old-time photo) and should be completed by November 8, 2012.  Features and bug fixes include:

Resolved: Uploader Disruption / Customer FYP Site Disruption

We are currently experiencing issue saving uploaded files to FYP accounts.  Related to this issue, users will be unable to add items to their shopping cart during this outage.  However, users should still be able to view and share their pictures.  We do apologize for this inconvenience.

Our technicians are investigating the problem and we will update our progress on this blog.  Please contact customer support at (858) 683-1560 with any questions or concerns.

Update 5:49 PM Pacific: Our file storage service provider is experiencing issues.  They are working to resolve the issue, but do not yet have an ETA on when the issue will be resolved. During this time, your uploaders may display an Invalid Response (401) error.

Update 6:28 PM Pacific: We are continuing to work on resolving this issue. Currently, we estimate that the issue should be resolved within the next few hours.   Thank you for your patience.

Update 6:59 PM Pacific: Images are now uploading to our servers.  However, we are still waiting on confirmation that the issue has been resolved.

Update 7:14 PM Pacific: All services appear to be operating normally.  Please contact customer support if you continue to experience any issues.
