Resolved: Uploader Disruption / Customer FYP Site Disruption

We are currently experiencing issue saving uploaded files to FYP accounts.  Related to this issue, users will be unable to add items to their shopping cart during this outage.  However, users should still be able to view and share their pictures.  We do apologize for this inconvenience.

Our technicians are investigating the problem and we will update our progress on this blog.  Please contact customer support at (858) 683-1560 with any questions or concerns.

Update 5:49 PM Pacific: Our file storage service provider is experiencing issues.  They are working to resolve the issue, but do not yet have an ETA on when the issue will be resolved. During this time, your uploaders may display an Invalid Response (401) error.

Update 6:28 PM Pacific: We are continuing to work on resolving this issue. Currently, we estimate that the issue should be resolved within the next few hours.   Thank you for your patience.

Update 6:59 PM Pacific: Images are now uploading to our servers.  However, we are still waiting on confirmation that the issue has been resolved.

Update 7:14 PM Pacific: All services appear to be operating normally.  Please contact customer support if you continue to experience any issues.
