Order Confirmation Emails

We have noticed that order confirmation emails were not be sent out after 10 PM on November 5th.  This issue has been resolved, and confirmation emails are now once again being sent out by the server. Unfortunately, confirmation emails for previous orders will not be sent out.  We do apologize for the inconvenience.  If you have any questions, please contact customer support.

Server Maintenance


Maintenance on our servers is scheduled for October 29 and November 5, 2013 between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM Pacific Time. During this time period:
  • All FYP Sites, including admin and reports, will be unavailable and will have "We are updating our site" status messages.
  • API services, including uploads and key requests, may be offline for up to 30 minutes at a time.  Clients may encounter repeated "500" errors during these periods, which is normal and expected.  
Should there be any issues or the maintenance take longer than expected, a third service window will occur on November 12, 2013 between 8 PM and 11 PM.

Some users have been unable to access the reports.findyourpictures.com website due to a DNS record error.  This error has been resolved, and access should be restored for all users.

FYP Order Proofs

For orders placed between about 6:00 PM Pacific on June 16 and 3:00 PM on June 17th, image proofs of ordered items will not be available.  Unfortunately, these proofs were not saved to the system during the below reported services disruption.  You may continue view the image data, including the file name, background and any zoom/shift data to help complete these orders.

If you require assistance with completing an order, please contact customer support and we will assist you in any way we can.

RESOLVED: Uploading Disruption / New Image Issues

The disruption of uploads and ordering should be resolved.  Uploaders should now be able to upload their images to our servers.  Due to the extended down time, there may continue to be significant delays in uploads while they catch up.  Your patience is appreciated.

We are also bringing the FYP sites back online, and confirming their operational status.  We anticipate that all FYP sites should be operational within the next 30 minutes.

Uploading Disruption / New Image Issues

We have been experiencing issues through our service provider for saving new images.  This affects both uploaders and create images on the site.  We are currently posting updating messages on the client facing sites, and will be listing 500 error messages on uploaders.  A solution has been found; however it does appear to be taking some time to implement.  We will update this blog once all services have been restored.

FYP Admin Version 4.10.1

We just released version 4.10.1 for our admin site.  Changes include:

  • Improved manage files section!  You can now search by client and event (for some of you, password and username) to find and manage your images.  Also, if there are too many clients to display for a particular event, you must use the search feature (this prevents timeouts with the spinning wheel).  
  • Image capture and upload times are displayed in order details.
  • Your account name is displayed in the top right corner of the screen.

Access to the manage files section has been restored.  We are continuing to investigate the issue to ensure access to this feature.
